TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. ACCEPTANCE By accessing or using the Ciberscore platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION Ciberscore is a SaaS platform that automates verifiable cybersecurity for SMEs, including MDR protection, ENS/NIS2 compliance, and supply chain accreditation.

  3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

  • The user must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
  • The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
  • The company may suspend accounts with suspicious activity.
  1. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
  • The platform, its source code, designs, and content are the property of Ciberscore.
  • The user may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the software without authorization.
  • The relationship with URJC is governed by the signed EBTC agreement.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Ciberscore’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

  2. APPLICABLE LAW These terms are governed by Spanish law.
